GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) -

Chief Meteorologist Kendra Kent said changes are coming in the forecast for the weekend.

"Clouds and a few showers will be possible on Saturday," Kent said. "Highs will be seasonably mild in the upper 60s for the Upstate and around 60 in the mountains."

After the rain subsides, Kent said a cold front will move through Saturday evening.

"That will cool us down for Sunday" Kent said. "Highs will only reach the low 50s in the mountains and low 60s in the Upstate on Sunday"

Kent said temperatures may drop into the 30s across the area Sunday night into Monday morning.

Kent said the area's next rain chance comes next Wednesday.
