A man has been arrested after authorities found up to 20 gallons of what appears to be methamphetamine in his Phoenix home.
The name of the 26-year-old man wasn't immediately released Thursday.
Phoenix police say he was the only person living in the home.
He's been arrested on suspicion of manufacturing and possession of illegal drugs for sale.
Police say the meth found in the house was in its refining phase to remove contaminates and make the drug more presentable, one of the last steps before sale.
"It could've easily been sold on our streets and I think we should assume that it would have go to our streets because it's being processed here," said Sgt. Tommy Thompson with the Phoenix Police Department.
The Maricopa County Drug Suppression Task Force is conducting the investigation into the meth lab.
