    Residents in east Alabama are rounding up the Labor Day celebration at one of the Alabama's oldest courthouses. The courthouse located in Seale, Ala. is the third oldest in the state. COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Officials tell us Columbus police officer Brian Rowe is out of the hospital after the fatal crash on Victory Drive last Friday.

Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan confirmed the victim of the crash is 87-year-old Scott Miller.

Miller was a retired first sergeant with the Army. His funeral was held Wednesday Nov. 13 at Striffler Hamby in Columbus.  

Authorities tell us Rowe's squad car and Miller's truck collided, as seen in the attached video.

The accident remains under investigation with Georgia State Patrol.
