Body of missing Ga. college student found in creek

ATHENS, Ga. (AP) - Athens-Clarke County police they've found the body of a missing University of Georgia student in a creek.
Authorities say an officer searching an area around The Plaza in Athens found the body of 22-year-old Rebecca Elaine Greene, of Brunswick, Tuesday morning.
Police say Greene's body is being sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's crime lab in Decatur where authorities will perform an autopsy.
Officials say University of Georgia campus police are assisting in the investigation. Anyone with information on the woman's death is asked to call the Athens-Clarke County crime stoppers tip line at 706-613-3342.
