EFFINGHAM CO., GA (WTOC) -

Three siblings were killed in a fiery crash Thursday afternoon on Ga. 17.

A Ford Truck struck a tanker truck which was traveling South on Ga. 17 at Marlow Road, according to preliminary reports from the Effingham County Sheriff's Office.

An autopsy will be conducted at the GBI Crime Lab in Savannah.

"The Ford truck was occupied by two teenagers and a small child. Effingham County Sheriff's deputies, Georgia State Troopers and the Effingham County Coroner have tentatively identified the occupants in the Ford truck as Wesley Mulligan, 18, Garrett Mulligan, 16, and Eli Hickox, 3 years of age, from Guyton, Georgia," Effingham County spokesman David Ehsanipoor said in a statement.

The crash remains under investigation, but charges are not expected to be filed against the driver of the tanker truck.
