SCOTTSDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Police say luckily no one was home when a car rammed into the front of a north Scottsdale house on Friday.

Phoenix police Sgt. Ben Hoster said no one was hurt in the crash that happened about 12:30 p.m. Friday near Thomas Road and 75th Street.

Hoster said the driver was cited.

"The weather might be a contributing factor, but the accident is still under investigation," Hoster said.

The house suffered significant structural damage, according to Roderick Thompson of the Scottsdale Fire Department.
