(WTVM) -

Just in time for the holidays, one local organization is doing its best to provide food for charities, and they're helping in a big way.

Viewers will be able to donate non-perishable food until November 26. All food collected will benefit the Feeding the Valley food bank (a United Way Partner).

News Leader 9's Jason Dennis stopped by Publix on Macon Road on Monday and has more about our "Share Your Thanks By Giving" effort in the above video clip.

Feeding the Valley always needs:
• Canned meats
• Canned fruits and vegetables
• Cereals
• Peanut Butter and Jelly
• Soups

You can drop off donations at WTVM, Headquarter Nissan and Publix locations, the addresses are listed below:
