TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Rincon-University Boys Soccer coach Roxanne Taylor said it was must win for her Rangers Friday night in a road tilt at Sunnyside.

The team apparently took that challenge to heart. The Rangers (6-3) scored three goals in the first three minutes on their way to a 7-nil win.

Rincon striker Hector Banegas scored the first two goals, the first on a beautiful bender to the back right side of the net that just snuck under the cross bar.

Rangers forward Sadam Ali, fresh off his game-winning goal for FC Tucson last month against Chivas USA, added the next two scores as Rincon built a 4-0 lead at the intermission on a clear but cold 44 degree Tucson night.

The Rangers who started the season 5-0 but had lost three straight, scored a pair of quick goals, including another from Banegas, to start the second half and cruised from there.

The Blue Devils (2-2) after winning their first two games by a combined ten goals have now lost two straight by a combined nine.
