MILLBROOK, AL (WSFA) -

The City of Millbrook, Police Chief P.K. Johnson and two police officers are facing a federal lawsuit filed by a woman who says her home was entered and searched without a warrant and without probable cause.

Stacy Harris filed the suit alleging that officers Stephen Youngblood and David Rainey illegally searched her home in October.

According to court documents, the officers were looking for a minor who lived at the home so they could question them as a witness in an investigation.

Harris' complaint outlines a total of six counts of invasion of privacy, negligence and deprivation of civil rights.
