COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

An Alabama man was shot in the leg at a Columbus night club over the weekend, and police are now searching for the shooter. 

According to police, an officer was flagged down at about 2 a.m. Saturday morning in the parking lot of Club Sky on Midtown Drive.

The officer found a victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the right leg.

Anyone with information that could lead to an arrest should contact Columbus police at 706-653-3400.
