LaGrange Police search for suspects after 3 women robbed at gunpoint

Police are searching for two male suspects after a home was reportedly broken into and three women were robbed at gunpoint yesterday afternoon, Jan. 10.

Police responded to 503 Borton St. in LaGrange, Ga. around 2:30 p.m. yesterday. Shantany Dukes, Yolanda Fannin, and Sakinah Miller, were in the home, and told police that two unknown males with handguns came into the apartment through the back door, and ordered them to get on the floor.

The suspects reportedly demanded that the women "give it up", but the victims insisted they did not have anything.

The suspects then grabbed a purse from one of the victims, and ran toward Revis St.

No one was injured during the incident.

The two suspects are described as black males in their teens to early twenties, both thin and approximately 5'10" to 6'0". They were both wearing blue jeans and black jackets with hoods. One was wearing a camouflage mask; the other was wearing a black mask.

They are wanted for Armed Robbery, Aggravated Assault, and Burglary.
