Scott’s Miracle Riders unveil calendars to benefit CMN

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

Scott's Miracle Riders are getting their bikes ready for their 2014 Ride to Benefit the Children's Miracle Network.

This year's calendar was unveiled Monday Jan. 13 at the Ressmeyer Wellness Center.

The new 16-month calendars have a lot to offer. Inside you will find pictures of former Scott's Riders and children who have graduated from the Midtown Medical Center's high risk nursery.

News Leader 9 spoke with the head rider himself, Scott Ressmeyer, about why they felt the need to add the children in this year's calendar.

"Each month is highlighted with the different families that have graduated from the NICU," said Ressmeyer. "To have the kids in the mix is special for all of the riders to be able to share some fun times with these kids."

Each calendar costs $10, and sales will benefit the Children's Miracle Network.

There are several different ways you can purchase a calendar. They are available at the Midtown Medical Center, located at 710 Center Street. Additionally, they can be purchased online at this link. You can also call Scott Ressmeyer at (706) 366-4416 or contact any of the Riders.

Ressmeyer says new riders will commit this Thursday to be part of the 2014 miracle ride.
