WEST POINT, GA (WTVM) -

The Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) has announced their plans to help fill 190 jobs at Hyundai Dymos over the next few months. The positions are for manufacturing workers at a plant currently under construction in West Point, Ga.

Once the plant is operational, it will manufacture automobile seats for Kia.

The recruitment will be held Saturday, Jan. 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at West Point Technology Training Center, 1122 O.G. Skinner Dr. in West Point.

The GDOL says the company is recruiting production team leaders and associates to work on an assembly line. Applicants must have one year of experience working on an assembly line, or in a manufacturing facility.

Applicants must also be at least 18-years-old and have a high school diploma or GED, due to OSHA regulations.

Applicants are encouraged to bring resumes and be prepared to complete a company application. They will be screened for job interviews, which will be scheduled for a later date.

For more information about the recruitment, contact Cliff Meeks at the LaGrange Career Center at (706) 845-4000 or email cliff.meeks@gdol.ga.gov
