Update: Missing child found in Augusta

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

UPDATE:

The Richmond County Sheriff's Office says an 8-year-old boy who was reported missing has now been found safe and unharmed.

Michael Mosqueta was found around 3:15 Saturday morning.

FROM EARLIER:

Sgt. Shane McDaniel said in a news release that Michael Mosqueta was last seen around 7 p.m. Friday leaving 3008 Clakston Road in the Granite Hill subdivision wearing a towel.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office at (706) 821-1080.
