LANETT, AL (WTVM) - Investigators have released details on the largest child pornography bust in decades by the Lanett Police Department.
Paul Henry, 68, is charged with 343 counts of child porn and one count enticing a child.
A search of his home by Lanett police, the Chambers County Sheriff's Office, Drug Task Force and ABI on February 5 led investigators to find two pairs of kids' underwear, porn magazines and videos along with 346 child porn images and four child porn videos.
Henry was known as "Paw Paw" to neighbors who lived near him at Fuller Mobile Home Park and at his job as a driver for King Ford, where he is no longer employed.
He was arrested on February 6 after the search warrant was served at his home.
Henry is being held at the Chambers County Detention Facility on no bond until he can go before a judge. Investigators tell us if a bond is set, it could be about $3.4 million.
Investigators are asking all parents to notify them if they believe their children had any contact with Henry.
