COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

The Sigma Nu fraternity at CSU presented a check to Wounded Warrior Project today, March 12, after raising more than $11,000 for the organization during the Glow-K 5K Race back in October.

Event coordinator Tyler White says, "I think it shows that, in a small community, you get a group of guys, and you have a goal set, and you do what it takes to achieve it, you can accomplish great things."

Members of the fraternity say they are already preparing for this year's Glow-K 5K Race.
