Man arrested in Auburn for indecent exposure

AUBURN, AL (WTVM) -

The Auburn Police Division arrested 44-year-old Christopher C. Wells of Brazoria, Texas on warrants charging him with two counts of indecent exposure. 

The arrest took place Wednesday, March 19 and is the result of an investigation by the Auburn Police Division, of two reported incidents of indecent exposure earlier the same night. The incidents occurred in the 100 block of Hemlock Drive and the 600 block of Shug Jordan Parkway. 

Responding officers were informed that between 10:30 p.m. and 11:55 p.m. an individual was observed exposing himself to two females as they walked through residential parking lots. 

Officers located the suspect after a description was given of he and his vehicle at which point he was taken into custody. Wells was later transported to the Lee County Jail where he is eligible for a $1,000 bond.

The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible.
