    Police responded to several reports of a shooting early Sunday morning in a neighborhood near Park Avenue and East Silverlake Road. Officers found two men shot in the 1100 block of East 32nd Street just after 1:30 a.m. on May 28, according to a release from Tucson Police Department.

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents arrested two smuggling suspectsfollowing the seizure of about $1.4 million worth of marijuana near Lochiel,Ariz.

An Arizona-based Office of Air and Marine aircraft located asuspicious vehicle traveling in a known smuggling area near the international boundaryon March 19 around noon, according to a news release.

Agents on the ground responded to the scene and saw two suspectsfled the area where the truck stopped.

Agents foundthe abandoned vehicle had 119 wrapped bundles of marijuana that weighed morethan 2,700 pounds. A Border Patrol canine team found one person hiding south ofthe area and the OAM aircraft helped agents find the second suspect. Agents processedthe vehicle and narcotics for seizure and arrested both suspects, both from Mexico, on charges ofnarcotics smuggling.
