LORAIN COUNTY, OH (WOIO) -

A jury trial has been set for a former daycare worker accused of sexually assaulting two infants.

Heather Koon, 25, is scheduled to go on trial June 23 in Lorain County Common Pleas Court. She is charged with rape.

Elyria Police say the attacks happened at the ABC Kids Daycare.

Koon's boyfriend, James Osborne, 34, a registered sex offender, is also charged in connection with the crimes.

The court is still waiting to hear the results of Osborne's mental health examination to determine if he is competent to stand trial.

Koon's bond remains at $2 million and Osborne's bond was set at a little over $3 million.
