Cottonmouths 2nd round playoff schedule announced

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - The schedule for the second round of the SPHL playoffs has been set, and the Columbus Cottonmouths will host game two of their series with the Huntsville Havoc on Thursday at 7:30 pm ET at the Columbus Civic Center.

Game one on Wednesday, and game three if needed on Sunday, will be played in Huntsville. However, the Havoc will not be able to play their home games at the Von Braun Center. The Ringling Brothers Circus has the facility this week.

The Havoc will instead play their home games at the Huntsville Iceplex, which has extremely limited seating. Ticket availabilities for the games in Huntsville will be announced at a later date.

The winner of this series will face either the Knoxville Ice Bears or defending champion Pensacola Ice Flyers for the SPHL title.

SPHL PLAYOFF SCHEDULE:

Game 1: Wednesday 8:30 pm ET @ Huntsville Iceplex

Game 2: Thursday 7:30 pm ET @ Columbus Civic Center

Game 3 (if needed): 6:00 pm ET @ Huntsville Iceplex
