The Realty Club Of Houston Presents Free Real Estate Investors Workshop April 10, 2014

Posted: Updated:

Thursday, 4/10/2014, the Realty Club of Houston is offering a free real estate investor’s workshop for enterprising individuals interested in real estate investing as well as those already involved and want to improve their skills.

Houston, USA – April 3, 2014 /MarketersMedia/ —

According to the Multiple Listing Service of the Houston Association of Realtors the sales of homes in the Houston area continue to climb and due to shrinking inventory home prices continue to go up. Although the scarcity of homes and increased housing costs make it more difficult to enter the real estate market, with the right skills and networking capabilities, the continual increase of home values still makes real estate a good investment. Houston is the fastest growing city in the US and the demand for housing is greater than ever.

RICH provides the knowledge and tricks-of-the-trade needed to navigate in today’s market. Those currently involved in real estate investment and those interested in getting involved will benefit greatly from information, mentoring and networking opportunities offered by RICH. RICH has been in operation more than 35 years. It is the largest real estate investor association in the country and is steadily growing. RICH offers its members:

-Real estate investment education provided by experienced real estate professionals.
-Information about current financial opportunities and strategies to maximize profits.
-Networking opportunities that promote learning and growing in the real estate investment field.
-General meetings, trade shows, real estate workshops, focus group meetings and much more.

There is a common thread among many real estate investor success stories: they gained necessary knowledge and skills, developed profitable contacts and established a network that put them on their path to success by becoming a member of RICH.

At the April 10th Real Estate Investor’s Workshop experts will discuss what works and doesn’t work in Houston and show how anyone can get started. Everyone interested in and currently involved in real estate investing, regardless at what level, should attend this event. The workshop will provide information on the following topics:

- Buying and selling in today’s market.
- Rehabbing tips, tricks and gotchas.
- Deal structuring.
- Wholesaling the right way.
- Lead generation (finding your deals).
- Where to get money for your deals.
- How to build passive income for retirement.
- How to evaluate deals.
- Overcoming the initial fear of investing.

Most importantly, participants will learn the three crucial areas of real estate investing that need to be mastered and how to get started right away.

The workshop will be at the RICH Conference Center, 4220 Lockfield St., Houston, TX, on 4/10/2014. It will start at 6:30 p.m. and end at 9:00 p.m. Preregistration is not required.
