Auburn shooting suspect turns himself in to police

AUBURN, AL (WTVM) -

Jadarrion Spinks, 22, turned himself in to the Auburn Police Department after a warrant was sent out for his arrest, police say.

Spinks is the suspect of a shooting in Auburn. At approximately 9:45 p.m. on or about April 12, police responded to the 600 block of Spencer Ave. after gunshots were reported in that area. A male victim was found there suffering from a gunshot wound to the face.

The victim was transported to the East Alabama Medical Center and remains in serious but stable condition.

Spinks is charged with attempted murder and is held at the Lee County Detention Facility on $75,000 bond.
