Miley Cyrus has postponed her concert Friday at Bridgestone Arena after the singer was hospitalized this week due to a severe allergic reaction.
The concert has been moved to Aug. 7, and all tickets for Friday's show will be honored at the new tour date.
"Cyrus has been hospitalized for a severe allergic reaction to antibiotics, and has been placed on medical rest by her doctors. She will not be able to perform as scheduled," according to a news release issued on her behalf Tuesday evening.
Earlier this month, Cyrus' beloved dog Floyd died apparently from a coyote attack and she canceled a concert in Charlotte just 30 minutes before it started.
