Suspect identified, murder warrant issued in Seale, Ala. homicide investigation

SEALE, AL (WTVM) -

A suspect has been identified in the homicide investigation of Eric Anderson's death in Seale, Ala.

Russell County Sheriff's Office has issued a Capital Murder Warrant for 24-year-old Jeramiah Levi Sokolgz.

Sokolgz is described as a black male, 6'3" and 170 lbs. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, black shorts, black shoes, and a black Falcons ball cap.

Authorities ask anyone with information on the subject to contact Russell County Sheriff's Office day or night at (334)298-6535.

This is a photo of the Waffle House on Fox Run Parkway where a car drove into the side of the building earlier today. The manager has confirmed the location is closed for the time being but no word of when the restaurant will reopen. Authorities have not released any information on any possible injuries.
