(WTVM) - Several high schools across the Chattahoochee Valley are receiving national recognition.
According to the latest U.S. News and World Report rankings, Columbus High School is ranked number four in the state of Georgia, out of a total of 418 schools statewide.
Columbus High School was also ranked 125th in the nation.
Other schools in the Chattahoochee Valley that made the rankings included Auburn and LaGrange high schools.
LaGrange came in at 28th in the state of Georgia and ranked 1,004 in the nation.
Auburn was ranked number 6 in the state of Alabama and 833rd nationally.
