BULLOCK CO., AL (WSFA) -

According to the Alabama ABC Board, agents located and destroyed an illegal moonshine still in Bullock County on Friday. The eight barrel still was located near the Still Crossroads Community, and agents seized nearly 25 gallons of illegal moonshine.

The still was found in the woods just inside the Bullock County line near Pike County Road 6600. Agents located the homemade still, 23.5 gallons of moonshine, grain and bags of sugar at the location.

No arrests were made at the scene, and the investigation is still on-going. Anyone with information about this still or any other illegal activity is encouraged to contact the ABC Board Hotline at 1-800-327-7341.
