SELMA, AL (WSFA) -

A woman is facing charges after Selma police say she kidnapped her estranged husband and threatened his life.

Michelle Barker Bradley, 26, of Stanton, is accused of firing shots in the air and forcing her estranged husband at gunpoint into her car at his girlfriend's house. Police say this happened around 5 a.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of Church St. in Selma.

Bradley also reportedly told the victim's mother that she was going to kill him and dump his body somewhere between Selma and Maplesville.

The victim's girlfriend followed Bradley's vehicle north on Highway 22 and provided authorities with their location. Selma police and Dallas County deputies stopped Bradley's vehicle in Valley Grande. Bradley was taken into custody without incident.

She was transported to the police department and charged with domestic violence kidnapping, domestic violence reckless endangerment, harassment and four counts of reckless endangerment.
