DOTHAN, AL (WSFA) -

The Houston County Sheriff's Department says a preliminary autopsy report is back following the discovery of a body in late April.

Sheriff Andy Hughes says lab results show no indications of foul play in the death of 43-year-old Obie Rice. Rice's body was found in a wooded area on South Park Avenue near his home on April 25.

The body was discovered by bloodhounds two days after the man was reported missing by his sister.

Foul play was initially suspected as a possibility and two people who were last seen with Rice were questioned.

One of the men, who stayed at Rice's home, admitted to stealing $600 from the home. That man, Adrian Grey, was charged with second degree theft of property.
