Police arrest Valley man wanted for murder in Fairburn

Valley Police have arrested Terrance Bernard Marshall, a suspect wanted for Murder in Fairburn, Ga.

Fairburn Police discovered two shooting victims in an apartment on the 4000 block of Harbor Lake apartments on Monday, May 19, around 11:45 p.m.

Marshal Tucker, 48, had been fatally shot, and was pronounced dead at the scene. Latonia Patterson, 53, sustained a gunshot wound and was treated at a hospital. 

According to the Fairburn Police Department, Marshall is Patterson's ex-boyfriend. Currently, the motive for the crime is thought to be jealousy over her new boyfriend.

Valley Police say Marshall was arrested without incident at his residence in Valley, Ala. on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant. He was transported to Chambers County Detention Facility where he was extradited to Georgia.
