According to the National Institute of Health, about 50 to 70 million Americans experience some form of insomnia.
Dr. Paula Walker from Columbus State University discusses insomnia and ways to enjoy better sleep naturally.
Insomnia is defined by both the difficulty to fall asleep and to stay asleep. To avoid insomnia doctors recommend you establish a sleep routine, avoid stimulants, avoid naps, expend energy, eat snacks that help you sleep and get rid of stress.
