Courtyard by Marriott hosting job fair

PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM) -

The Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Phenix City will be hosting a job fair on June 10 from 10 am until 3 p.m. Eastern Time. The hotel is currently under construction, but the company is accepting applications.

The job fair will take place at the Hampton Inn and Suites located at 620 Martin Luther King Jr Parkway in Phenix City.

Positions available:

*Front Desk Clerk

*Front Desk Manger

*Night Auditor

*Executive Housekeeper

*Housekeeper

*Maintenance Engineer

*Chief Engineer

*Bistro Cook AM/PM

*Bistro Server AM/PM

*Steward/Dishwasher

*Laundry Attendant

*Houseman

Requirements: Preferably 1 to 3 years' experience depending on the job positions.

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule including but not limited to: evening, weekends, and holidays. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and effective written and oral communication skills, also a working knowledge of computers and facsimile machines. Candidate should have the ability to multi task and the ability to handle stressful situations. Must be flexible to work in various capacities, which include PBX, Concierge, and Front Desk.

Well groomed/Professional appearance and positive team attitude is required.
