Wildfire results in stunningly beautiful wedding photos
A wildfire that disrupted an Oregon couple's wedding also gave them the photograph of a lifetime.
Michael and April Wolber had picked the perfect place for an idyllic, outdoor wedding. That was until a fire truck rolled up with sirens blaring Saturday and the wedding party was told to evacuate, The Oregonian reported.
As firefighters looked on, the minister rushed through the ceremony. Everyone cheered and began to evacuate to the reception. As guests headed for the cars, wedding photographer Josh Newton took some photos of the couple with the wildfire raging in the background.
Newton uploaded one photo to Facebook, and as of Wednesday morning, it had nearly 10,000 shares and 92,000 likes. The story and photos have been picked up by Buzzfeed, Huffington Post and several other national outlets.
Man trapped overnight at Vegas airport shoots Celine Dion video
