HARRIS COUNTY, GA (WTVM) -

Sheriff's deputies in both Harris and Lee Counties are looking for a man who they say is armed and dangerous.

Heath Holloway is accused of running from a traffic stop in Harris County on Friday, June 6 near Highway 315.

Authorities say he was observed committing a violation on the road and a deputy pulled him over.  Moments later, he sped away and entered the northbound lanes of I-185 from the wrong direction.

The pursuit continued in the opposite lanes of traffic and until the suspect got off at exit 25. Authorities lost sight of the vehicle near Macedonia Church Road, but after searching the tree line, they found the gold Ford Explorer unoccupied and hidden in the woods.

Deputies found drugs, cash, stolen guns and items identifying Holloway and an accomplice named Jenny Thompson.

Thompson was found walking in the area and she was arrested.  When questioned, she told deputies  that she and Holloway had a room at a motel in Pine Mountain.  A search of that room revealed more cash, drugs, and stolen firearms.

Holloway is still on the run.

"We believe he's armed and dangerous, he's still in this area, we've had people spot it so what we're doing is asking people be on the lookout," said Harris County Sheriff Mike Jolley.

Harris County has 19 warrants out for Holloway and Lee County wants him for a similar incident.

Last month, Holloway is accused of fleeing in car from authorities in Alabama and crashing into a passenger vehicle that was carrying small children. All of the kids ended up in a hospital.

He disappeared on foot after getting into that accident in Lee County.

We received the dashboard camera video of the chase in Harris County from the Sheriff's Dept.
