    Trump's tweets followed an indictment released Friday charging 13 Russians with running a massive social media trolling campaign and field operations in the U.S. aimed in part at helping him defeat his 2016 Democratic opponent.

(CNN) - Former Iraqi Prime Minister Ayad Allawi said Baghdad, the capital of Iraq,  is vulnerable as militant ISIS fighters are closing in and violence is engulfing the country.

"Definitely the belt of Baghdad is under their (terrorist) control and the government is unable to challenge this. The government is unable to prevent explosions inside Baghdad, even in the areas around the Green Zone," Allawi said on Thursday.

The Green Zone is a heavily secured area in central Baghdad.
