BOWLING GREEN, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A Bowling Green man was cited after he reportedly threatened to shoot staff at Buffalo Wild Wings on Wooster Street in Bowling Green Thursday June 12.

Just after 10 p.m. police say they responded to a male threatening people inside of the restaurant. That man is 42-year-old Jesus Vazquez-Garcia.

Police say Garcia got upset with the noise that a little league baseball team was making, and also upset with the effort the staff took to quiet the team after he complained. He then engaged in a verbal altercation with staff members. After that, police say he stated he would leave and come back with a gun, and shoot one of the staff members.

"You know, this is a family establishment and I wouldn't think twice about bringing my kids here but now I think I will be a little leery," said Rebecca Mathews.

According to police Garcia was driven from the scene by a family member. Police tracked the vehicle down and issued Garcia a citation for aggravated menacing. They say no guns were found.
