Monsoon 2014 is here and it may not seem like it but it is starting off normal.

Our first week of the monsoon will be dry with a slight chance of seeing some rain around Douglas/Bisbee a couple nights through the week.

This is very typical for the first week or two to be dry in Arizona as we typically do not see the rains until early July.

Monsoon runs from June 15th all the way until September 30th. The rain usually falls in Tucson from early July through early September.
