TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

It was considered a small crime, but Toledo police put muscle behind finding the criminals in surveillance video at a 7-11 on West Bancoft and Westwood. Thanks to viewers, they have identified the suspects shop lifting in the video.

Police say they are grateful for being flooded with tips from the community. They have identified the thieves but now they need your help getting them behind bars.

Three suspects walked into the 7-11, loaded up merchandise, and took off.

Police have picked up a 17-year-old seen on the video. They also have now charged 19-year-old Clarence Fischer and 20-year-old Jerome Reynolds with theft. Both men have bench warrants out for their arrest on past traffic violations besides the new theft warrants. Police hope this sends a message to criminals to think twice before committing even minor crimes in Toledo.

"I don't think it was for a real need. These were guys that thought it would be an easy thing to do and they weren't going to pay for it. And no one was going to do anything about it. Well, guess what, you're wrong," said Sergeant Joe Heffernan.

Toledo Police are asking for your help once again to wrap the case up. If you know where these people are you are urged to call Crimestopper at 419-255-1111 or 911.
