OPD searching for Jet Pep credit card fraud suspect

OPELIKA, AL (WTVM) -

The Opelika Police Department reports fraudulent use of credit/debit card and theft of property occurred on June 10 at approximately 12:14 p.m. at the Jet Pep, located at 1460 Gateway Drive.

The card owner reported that someone had used their credit/debit card number to make two purchases that day totaling $35.91. Further investigation led to the attached photographs that were made from the video surveillance system at Jet Pep.

The suspect was driving a gray in color, four-door Chevrolet sedan that is possibly an Impala or Malibu. The suspect is described as a white female with brown hair and wearing glasses. At the time of the offense she was wearing a purple t-shirt and light colored shorts.
