Columbus streets flood, blocked off after Monday storm

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

We have learned that the following streets in Columbus and the surrounding areas have flooded following Monday afternoon's storms:

-Lake Bottom Park
-54th and Shumer
-Morris Avenue
-Airport Thruway in front of McDonald's
- Flatrock Park

We will continue to update this list. Please exercise extreme caution if you are driving this evening.

    16-year-old Raven Little-White died in August, after a boating accident on Lake Waccamaw. The medical examiner’s report lists “drowning” as the probable cause of death, but a toxicology report that came back later revealed Raven had actually succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning.
