(RNN) - Issues with Microsoft products continued Tuesday, as people experienced disruptions in Exchange in addition to the instant message application, Lync.

A check of Microsoft's service health dashboard showed all services are running normally. However, the website Is it Down Right Now warned of a possible service disruption with the Outlook server, and many are commenting about their problems with the email service.

The software company acknowledged the issue with its hosted email service through its Office 365 Twitter account.

"Some Exchange customers are experiencing email delays," the company tweeted. "We are working to resolve, please see the SHD for service status."

Many end-users also turned to social media to report the outages, which are affecting businesses across the U.S.

"Exchange down for 4+ hours," Jordan Springer tweeted. "This is more than a delay, this isn't 99% uptime, refunds should be going out."

The software company issued a statement Monday via Twitter regarding Lync.

"We realize some Lync users in North America are experiencing issues, we are working to resolve," it stated.

Microsoft released a separate statement saying the Lync issue was "due to network routing infrastructure issues."

They have not yet addressed the problems with Outlook and Office 365.
