AUBURN, AL (WTVM) -

Steven R. Neidler, 32, from West Point, Ga. has been arrested in Auburn, Ala. on felony warrants charging him with three counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card.

Auburn Police were informed in June that an unknown individual used three of a victim's stolen credit cards to make purchases totaling over $900.00 at a business in the Auburn area.

Detectives developed Neidler as a suspect after he was captured on video surveillance using one of the stolen credit cards to make purchases at a business in the 800 block of E. Glenn Ave. on June 9, 2014.

Investigation also determined that Neidler was using two additional credit cards belonging to the victim to make purchases at a business in the 1700 block of S. College St. on May 16, 2014.

Police obtained warrants charging Neidler with Fraudulent Use of a Credit/Debit Card, and he was placed under arrest while being held in the Lee County Jail on unrelated charges.

He was transported again to the Lee County Jail, and will be eligible for a $9,000 bond.
