Stolen vehicles recovered from Phenix City neighborhood

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

WTVM was on the scene at Clover Leaf Apartments in Phenix City on July 8, when police confiscated items stolen from a business in Columbus.

Residents complained two white moving trucks didn't belong in the complex and they were blocking parking spots.

Police found five stolen vehicles, including two moving trucks, a pick-up truck, two motorcycles, and a flat bed trailer for an 18 wheeler. We talked to Tasha Tarver, a Cloverleaf Apartment Resident, about today's incident.

"I have been here about four years and this is the first time we ever experienced anything like this. It is unbelievable and I never thought they are over here doing that." said Tarver.

Employees of the moving company tell News Leader 9 the items were stolen from A-Okay Moving and Storage on Milgen road.

Police made four arrests and we are told the suspects live in the same apartment buildings where the stolen vehicles were found.
