Soldiers demand to roll their sleeves up

(WTVM) -

Soldiers are demanding the right to wear rolled up sleeves in the summer.

Troops in the other services may roll their sleeves up, but soldiers have been denied the pleasure of doing so for roughly a decade.

The Army says the uniform was made to protect soldiers' forearms from the sun, insects, and other elements, and it's not designed to be cuffed.
