Surveillance video released for suspects wanted in vandalism, larceny

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott is requesting the community's assistance identifying two suspects wanted for larceny and vandalism.

Lott said deputies were called to meet with the victim on June 29 at a Citgo gas station in the 8900 block of Two Notch Road.

Lott said upon arrival, deputies learned that two suspects vandalized a metal air compressor.

Once inside the machine the suspects stole the cash that it contained, Lott said. 

Lott said that the suspects caused $1,500 in damages to the machine.

Sheriff Leon Lott stated that the suspects were captured on video surveillance equipment driving a dark vehicle, possibly a Mercury.

No other details about the suspects or vehicle were immediately available.
