Man spotted taking upskirt pictures at Chesterfield Marshalls

Chesterfield police are working to track down a man spotted taking a picture up a woman's skirt, at a Marshalls store. The man reportedly took the picture up the woman's skirt in the middle of the store, off Meadowdale Boulevard.

The stranger with a wandering cell phone is described as a Hispanic man, about 5'5" and 210 pounds. He has a mustache, and wore a baseball cap, gray shirt, dark shorts, black socks and white shoes.

The scare is enough to remind everyone to be aware of who's nearby, and even below.

"I always try to make sure I know my surroundings at all times, and make sure I know if anybody looks suspicious," said Marshalls shopper Teena Hobson.

"It should make (the suspect) think twice, walking up on somebody, because you never know what (the victim's) capable of," added Davis.

"It's a part of life. You can't be scared because if you do, what are you going to do, stay in your house at all times?" continued Hobson.

We reached out to Marshalls, but haven't heard back yet.
