LifeWay considering selling downtown property

NASHVILLE, TN (WSMV) -

A company that's been a fixture of downtown Nashville for over a century may be moving.

LifeWay, one of the world's largest providers of Christian products and services, is considering selling all or some of its property.

LifeWay no longer prints or ships from the building and already leases out some of the space.

The campus takes up more than 14 acres in downtown Nashville near the Gulch, totaling more than 1 million square feet.

A feasibility study is currently in the works.
