The search for missing Tri-State women

Posted: Updated:
WARRICK CO., IN (WFIE) -

The search continues for three missing women in the Tri-State.

K-9 teams were out Thursday in Warrick County for looking missing for Kristy Kelley.  Kelley went missing a week ago Friday.

Teams are sweeping new areas including an abandoned trailer park a few miles away.

"I'd like to really just thank the people who've put in so many hours looking for my daughter," says Kristy's dad Todd Scales. "That includes law enforcement, people we don't even know, search and rescue teams that have volunteered their time. And again just please don't stop looking until we bring Kristy home."

If you have any information in this case you are asked to contact the Warrick County Sheriff's office.

In Illinois, friends of Joelle Lockwood will be searching an area in White County on Sunday.

They're meeting at 1:00 PM in Carmi and will be using ATV's and horses in the search.

Lockwood was last seen more than a month ago in Evansville.

And Megan Nichols has been missing from Fairfield, Illinois since July 3.

For more information, friends and family have set up a Facebook page called Prayer Circle For Megan Nichols.

Police say they don't have any evidence that link the disappearances.
