Dirty Dining Aug. 28: 3 restaurants have 6 health code violations

Every week CBS 5 News is sent a list of restaurants that have been recently inspected by Maricopa County's Environmental Services Department. CBS 5 News selects five restaurants with some of the highest numbers of "risk factors." According to health inspectors, risk factors are considered major health code violations.     An unknown driver took scrambled, scattered and covered to a whole new level at an Opelika waffle house. This is a photo of the Waffle House on Fox Run Parkway where a car drove into the side of the building earlier today. The manager has confirmed the location is closed for the time being but no word of when the restaurant will reopen. Authorities have not released any information on any possible injuries.
