AUBURN, AL (WTVM) – 22-year-old Daniel Mcafee was arrested with felony warrants for burglary in the third degree and theft of property in the second degree.
According to Auburn Police, the arrest was made on Friday and was a result of an investigation that started when a burglary was reported on Wednesday Jan. 14, 2015.
The victim reported that during a time period spanning from Dec. 13, 2014 to Jan. 13, 2015 a suspect entered a residence in the 200 block of West Longleaf Drive.
Following the unlawful break in, the suspect stole multiple items.
Mcafee was transported to the Lee County Jail and he will be eligible for a $6,000 bond.
