AUBURN, AL (WTVM) – Auburn Police Division arrested 33-year-old Jordan Holley on account of several warrants.
Holley had warrants for burglary in the third degree, theft of property in the second degree and receiving stolen property in the third degree.
This arrest was a result of an investigation of a burglary that happened at a residence located in the 1300 block of N. Dean Rd. This incident was reported to the police on March 2, 2015.
The victim says that someone was forced into a garage at his residence and several items were stolen including, bicycles, clothing and house hold items valued at $1,900.
Following all of the investigation, the Auburn Police found Holley to be a suspect in this case, who was also the victim's neighbor.
During the search of Holley's vehicle, detectives located property that was stolen by management of the same residential property on March 4.
He was taken to the Lee County Jail and will be eligible for a $7,000 bond.
